Companies with ≥10 Malaysian employees in covered industries pay 1% of monthly payroll into HRD Corp under the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001. Use it within 12 months or lose it. My levy balance is RM 30k. Will I lose it?余额 RM 30k 会过期作废吗?Baki RM 30k akan hilang?+
No expiry date in the Act itself, but HRD Corp circular 2/2023 introduced an annual review of dormant funds; balances unused for > 24 months become "review-flagged" and may be reclaimed. Treat 12 months as the operational deadline.法令本身不设过期,但 HRD Corp 2023 年 2 号通函新增对沉睡资金的年度审查;超过 24 个月未动用会被标记,可能回收。请以 12 个月为操作期限。Tiada tarikh luput, tetapi pekeliling 2/2023 menyemak baki tidak digunakan >24 bulan.

Yes — business-language modules (English-for-customer-service, BM for SG-staff in Iskandar offices) are claimable under SBL-Khas if delivered by HRDC-registered trainers. Yes within HRD Corp limits — RM 250 / pax / day for meals + venue + accommodation if training is at least 1 hour from the trainee's normal workplace.
